Synopsis – short
The story revolves
around four people consumed by jealousy, deceit and betrayal. Marta
suffers because she can’t have children.
Her husband, Julio, has an
affaire with Mila, Marta’s sister and single mother of Daniel. The
lives of all three start to turn around
when Fernando, Julio’s brother
and Daniel’s father shows up.

Leticia Pascual started
to be involved in theater and film during her adolescence in Mendoza,
Argentina. Later, she moved to Madrid where she finished her acting
education in the school Estudio
Corazza para el Actor. She is been the
leading actress for several short films like Amores Ciegos (by
Marisé Samitier), El Punto
(by Nacho García), 29
grullas
(by Norberto Ramos del Val), Disección
de una tormenta (by Julio
Soto) and also in a web series called Hienas (directed by Norberto
Ramos del Val). In theater, she performed the role of IRINA directed by
Juan Carlos Corazza from Chekhov’s
Ensayando Tres Hermanas. And her
last leading role has been in the play Démons de Buenos Aires in
Grenoble, France.

at Nancy Tuñón’s,
Daniel Grao played some scenes at a
small local theater. There, Director Esteve Rovira and Casting Director
Pep Armengol found him suitable to play Benny, his first part on TV in El cor de la ciutat
Tv3. That year, he also made his first appearance
in movies such as Fumata Blanca,
Volverás
and Casa de locos.
Frequently seen in El Comisario
and Hospital Central, he
finally got
his first leading role in TV, Amistades
Peligrosas. A new stage started
in which TV projects started coming one after another Quart, Sin tetas
no hay paraíso, Plan
América y Acusados.

work, Meritxell film acting experience ranges from Didi Hollywood (by
Bigas Luna), Cromos (by
José Angel) and Hagas lo
que hagas (by
Tony López). She gives life to MILA in the short film Amores
Ciegos (by Marisé Samitier). And in theater, she is well
known
in Café Cantante El Plata
(by Bigas Luna). She has also done a
lot of publicity, among others stand out the campaing Nixon for Bahnhof
and Aftersun for Aragón Televisión. |

Impacto Producciones is
a film production company from Aragón that has been active since
2006. Since then, they have developed more than twenty short films.
Among its recent film productions stand out Amores Ciegos by
Marisé Samitier and Cine
Negro by Sergio Dominguez. One of the
fundamental objectives of Impacto is to turn Aragón into a large
set by facilitating all kinds of production resources and attracting
filmmakers from outside the community to shoot their projects in the
area. Impacto’s work has been seen in more than two hundred
International festivals. They have also collected awards with the
latest films by Roberto Aznar and Fernando Usón. Currently,
Impacto is immersed in preproduction for the short film Suerte by
catalán filmmaker Jonathan Montañés, whose project
is subsidized by the Spanish Ministry of Culture. |

Marisé Samitier
graduated from both the University
of Zaragoza, Spain, with a degree in
English Philology, and from the University of California, Los Angeles
(UCLA) with a Master of Fine Arts in Film. In 1999 she was
selected as
one of the eight women to participate in the prestigious American Film
Institute’s Directing Workshop for Women. She wrote and directed
her
first short film The Ring
in 1995, and from then on, she has written
and directed Bazaar, The Virgin, The Return of Reason and Apartment
427. All her films have received awards in the international
film
circuit. Amores Ciegos (Love,
Intertwined) is her first film shot
entirely in Spain. She is currently developing a trilogy of feature
films on immigration and co-writing the thriller Man on Fog. |

David Ávila Barrios finishes
his film studies in Escuela de
Cinematografía y del Audiovisual in Madrid, specializing in
Cinematography in 2005. After working for the TV series Cuéntame
cómo pasó, David works for the production company
Versus
Publicidad doing cinematography for companies such as Bridgestone,
Cortefiel, Heineken and Procter & Gamble among others. Within his
film projects, the film Dear
Child Jesus stands out. It was nominated
for the best cinematography by the II Winter Shorts Film Festival in
Somerset, Kentucky (USA). His most recent work includes the
short films Cine Negro by
Sergio Dominguez, Amores Ciegos
by Marisé
Samitier and Última
Función and
Extinción II: la
cuadratura de los círculos both by Fernando Usón.
Currently, David combines his work as a Cinematography professor at C.I.F.P. José Luis
Garci and his work as a director of
photography.

Juan Carlos Cuello
graduated from the Music
Conservatoires of Zaragoza and Teruel. He also
studied in the Aula de Música
Moderna y Jazz de Barcelona and in
Berklee College Of Music de Boston (EE UU). He has created
original
soundtrack compositions for feature films like Hohoho (Jesús del
Cerro), Catarsis and Hazlo por mí
(Ángel Fernández
Santos), Valentín
(Juan Luís Iborra), Pídele
cuentas al Rey (José Antonio Quirós), El crimen del cine
oriente (Pedro Costa), and Acción
Mutante (Álex de la
Iglesia). Also for medium length films like Hills Like White Elephants
(Paige Cameron), and for numerous short films and TV series. As a
soundtrack producer, he has collaborated with composers like Alejandro
Amenábar (Abre los ojos), Eva Gancedo (Lágrimas negras,
La buena estrella), Mariano Marín (Cuarteto de La Habana) and
Santi Vega (Eyengui, Fútbol, El nacimiento de una pasión,
14 Kilómetros). He was nominated
for a Goya for music/original
score of the film Valentín, and he won the Calabuch Award at the
Festival de Peñíscola for best music/original score for
the film Pídele cuentas al Rey. Juan Carlos co-created
the
recording studios and music producing company Sound Garden and he
founded Musimagen, an association of music composers for the
audiovisual. |

After graduating from
the audiovisual film school CPA
SALDUIE in Zaragoza, Ainhoa Sanchez
film career started simultaneously working at the production companies
Sin Tregua Comunicación, Cosmos Fan and Impacto Producciones.
Her versatility as a production designer has taken her to different
areas of the audiovisual sector ranging from videoclips, to publicity
spots and from short films to feature films. In feature films, her work
in Cromos by José
Angel Delgado stands out. In short films, her
most recent work includes Amores
Ciegos by Marisé Samitier, and Cine Negro by
Sergio Dominguez. She has also collaborated with the
press department at the Festival Internacional de Cine de Zaragoza. |
